Declaration of War Against the Islamic Republic of Iran
Formal Request for Congressional Declaration of War Against the Islamic Republic of Iran
Section 1. Purpose
The Islamic Republic of Iran has demonstrated a continuous, unrepentant pattern of supporting and conducting terrorism both within the United States and against our key allies, most notably Israel. Through direct and indirect means, Iran has enabled, funded, and orchestrated attacks that have caused harm to American citizens, compromised national security, and destabilized regions critical to American and allied interests.
Here is video evidence of the Ayatollah of Iran explaining his goal to genocide the United States of America as their official policy. They have recently surrounded our ally Israel with proxy armies and attacked them. They have attacked the US Navy via their proxy group the Houthis in Yemen. America must be declare war and destroy the satanic Islam and the Islamic caliphate once and for all. We must defend our Country from pure evil.
The Iranian Regime has released a video calling for an act of War against President Elect Donald J. Trump. Time to show Iran what freedom looks like.
Section 2. Findings
(a) Threats Against the United States: Iran has been linked to terrorist activities on American soil, with intelligence confirming their involvement in covert operations targeting U.S. interests and citizens. These activities represent a severe and intolerable breach of American sovereignty and security.
(b) Support for Terrorist Organizations: Iran provides financial, logistical, and operational support to terrorist organizations, including but not limited to Hezbollah, which has repeatedly targeted civilians, infrastructure, and allies of the United States.

(b) National Security: This declaration is essential to protect the American people and our allies, uphold justice, and preserve the rule of law against those who seek to harm innocents and destabilize peaceful nations.
(c) Authorization of Necessary Force: A declaration of war will provide the United States with the authority and clarity needed to employ all necessary and appropriate military measures to neutralize Iranian threats and bring an end to its support for terrorism.
Section 4. Commitment to American and Allied Security
In this action, we affirm our unwavering commitment to safeguarding our nation, supporting our allies, and upholding peace and stability around the world. We recognize that military action must be precise, decisive, and justified to ensure that America’s defense remains lawful, proportionate, and aligned with the principles of international security and human rights.
Section 5. Reporting
I direct the Department of Defense, Department of State, and Office of the Director of National Intelligence to provide regular updates to Congress and the American public regarding the execution of any authorized actions resulting from this declaration.
