Authorize SOCOM to Investigate UFO SAPs
Investigation of Alleged UFO Technology Reverse Engineering Programs
Directive: The President of the United States, exercising the full authority vested in the Executive Branch, hereby directs the United States Special Operations Command to undertake the following actions:
Immediate Investigation
Launch a comprehensive investigation into classified programs, including but not limited to "Immaculate Conception" and "Project Aquarius," alleged to involve reverse engineering of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) technology.
Determine the chain of custody, responsible entities, and locations of any related materials or assets.
Public Disclosure and Amnesty Program
Invite all individuals or organizations involved in these programs to step forward and provide full transparency regarding their knowledge and participation.
Guarantee presidential pardons for those who voluntarily disclose truthful and complete information, ensuring immunity from prosecution for their prior actions related to these programs.
Operational Authority
SOCOM is authorized to take necessary and lawful action to secure any concealed or unacknowledged assets critical to the investigation.
In cases of obstruction, non-compliance, or imminent threats to national security, SOCOM may neutralize threats within the bounds of U.S. and international law.
Public Statement
The President will issue a formal public announcement reiterating the United States' commitment to transparency on UAPs, emphasizing the importance of accountability and the public’s right to know.
