The shots allow a neural lace type structure to form in the brain. Once assembled this lace forms a brain map. Once the body is activated with these particles is can feed the biological information to AI supercomputers managing the program. After training long enough, these computers can be used to target individuals and groups with difference training sets in order to accomplish strategic objectives of mind control.
