FISA Investigation for ERIC

Introduction In recent years, concerns over election interference have escalated as both foreign and domestic entities increasingly attempt to influence electoral outcomes and undermine democratic processes. With election integrity at stake, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) offers a mechanism for lawful surveillance on entities suspected of activities that could harm U.S. national security. In cases where evidence points to probable cause of interference, obtaining a FISA warrant is not only justified—it is essential.

Why Election Interference Threatens National Security Election interference constitutes a serious national security threat, particularly when foreign actors are suspected of involvement. U.S. intelligence agencies and cybersecurity experts have documented cases where individuals or organizations—both foreign and domestic—used social media disinformation, unauthorized data access, or other forms of covert influence to sway voter opinion and election results. By destabilizing the electoral process, such interference poses a risk to national stability and the legitimacy of governance.

Basis of Surveillance: There is reasonable cause to believe that George and Alex Soros helped create ERIC (Electronic Records Information Center) as a front organization to harvest the votes of illegal immigrants across the United States violating election laws. The individuals and organizations named herein may have engaged in activities that could influence or interfere with the integrity of the electoral process. Therefore, we believe military intelligence should seek a FISA warrant on these individuals, ERIC and all associated non-profit organizations that could be used as vehicles for voting fraud.
