The Momement of Prophecy

The era of false teachings, worship of false idols and rampant evil is over. We are now at the end of a cycle of time that has been described in prophecies by Indigenous peoples all over the world.

The Hindu calendar shows that for the past 2,700 years we have been evolving through the ascending Kali Yuga, and this Yuga is coming to an end in 2025-2030. Their prophecy on Kaliyuga teaches that humanity is currently in its darkest age. This period in time is known as Kali Yuga. Kali Yuga is characterized by sin, corruption, misery and evil all around. The world has lost all its righteousness; people are corrupt and perform evil on a daily basis. Diseases and afflictions plague humanity. No one knows the vedas (truth), the original teachings of Christ, in its entirety and in its true essence. People fight over petty things like religion and land. Even hard work refuses to pay good results and people who perform bad deeds sit on the top of the societal ladder. In Kaliyuga, the poor and the rich will live in the same locality. The rich will be overflowing with fortune, yet they will not spare a single coin to help the poor like the dry well-received not a drop of water from the surrounding wells that were overflowing with water.

The Ancient Egyptian hermetic texts, 2000 years old, describe Thoth's prophecy. They say that at this time:

Darkness will be preferred to light, and death will be thought more profitable than life; no one will raise his eyes to heaven; the pious will be deemed insane, and the impious wise; the madman will be thought a brave man, and the wicked will be esteemed as good.

As to the soul, and the belief that it is immortal by nature, or may hope to attain immortality, as I have taught you, all this they will mock at, and will even persuade themselves that it is false.

No word of reverence or piety, no utterance worthy of heaven and of the gods of heaven, will be heard or believed. And so the gods will depart from mankind, a grievous thing!, and only evil angels will remain, who will mingle with men, and drive the poor wretches by main force into all manner of reckless crime, into wars, and robberies, and frauds, and all things hostile to the nature of the soul.

Like the Vedas & the Thoth text, the new testament shares this prophecy. Matthew 24:3 describes events and conditions that would mark “the conclusion of the current system of things,” or “the end of the world.” The Bible calls this time period “the last days” and the “time of the end,” or “end times.” (2 Timothy 3:1; Daniel 8:19)

But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. For men and women will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy. 2 Timothy 3:1-2

Some of the prophecy in revelations says there will be:

  • War on a large scale.—Matthew 24:7; Revelation 6:4.

  • Great earthquakes.—Luke 21:11.

  • Pestilences, or epidemics of “terrible diseases.”—Luke 21:11, Contemporary English Version.

  • Increase of crime.—Matthew 24:12.

  • Ruining of the earth by mankind.—Revelation 11:18.

  • Deterioration of people’s attitudes, as shown by many who are “unthankful, disloyal, . . . not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride.”—2 Timothy 3:1-4.

  • Breakdown of the family, with people who have “no natural affection” and children who are “disobedient to parents.”—2 Timothy 3:2, 3.

  • Love of God growing cold in most people.—Matthew 24:12.

  • Noteworthy displays of religious hypocrisy.—2 Timothy 3:5.

  • Increased understanding of Bible prophecies, including those related to the last days.—Daniel 12:4.

  • Global preaching of the good news of the Kingdom.—Matthew 24:14.

  • Widespread apathy and even ridicule toward the evidence of the approaching end.—Matthew 24:37-39; 2 Peter 3:3, 4.

  • The simultaneous fulfillment of all these prophecies, not just a few or even most of them.—Matthew 24:33.

The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants the prophets and your people who revere your name, both great and small-- and for destroying those who destroy the earth. Revelation 11:18
