In 2025 the Department of Justice should launch an immediate and thorough investigation into allegations regarding Dr. Anthony Fauci's involvement in activities that may have jeopardized public health and national security. The American people deserve transparency and accountability, particularly regarding matters of such grave concern.

Over the past several years, questions have arisen surrounding Dr. Fauci’s leadership of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), specifically with respect to:

1. Funding of Gain-of-Function Research: Reports suggest that federal funds, allocated under Dr. Fauci's oversight, may have been directed toward research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Such research, which allegedly involved enhancing the transmissibility of viruses, raises significant concerns about potential violations of U.S. law, bioethics, and international treaties against bioweapons development.

Furthermore, if the pardon can't be reversed it therefore serves as confirmation of biowarfare genocide and mass murder against the American people and should trigger an extrajudicial order to restore justice.
